Carbohydrate-and-creatine powder with branched-chain amino acids, magnesium and zinc. Available in Candy Pop and Cherry Punch, both in 900g tubs.
Manufacturer reference serving
USN specifies 45g powder mixed with 300ml water, providing 3g creatine and approximately 20 servings per 900g tub. The manufacturer's Cherry Punch reference also lists 34g carbohydrate, 154kcal, 2.5g leucine, 1.3g isoleucine, 1.3g valine, 76mg magnesium and 2.5mg zinc per serving.
How to use
