1. Where We Ship:

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

2. Order Processing Time

We process orders within 0–1 business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM UK time (GMT+00:00) will be processed on the next business day. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

3. Shipping Time

Standard Shipping (UK): Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Express Shipping (UK): Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after your order has been dispatched.

4. Estimated Total Delivery Time

The total delivery time includes both order processing and shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 2–4 business days from the date your order is placed.

  • Express Shipping: Approximately 1–3 business days from the date your order is placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Orders £0.01 - £74.99 = £2.49
  • Standard Orders £75.00 and up = Free
  • Express Delivery: £4.99

6. Shipping Carriers:

Your order will be delivered safely and efficiently through DPD.

7. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.
