Per 11g serving: 5,000mg creatine monohydrate, 1,250mg electrolytes, 1,000mg taurine and 200mg vitamin C. Typical nutrition provides approximately 4 kcal, 0.29g carbohydrate, 0.05g sugars, 0.23g fibre and 0.50g salt per serving.

Ingredients: creatine monohydrate, taurine, magnesium bisglycinate, acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), dipotassium phosphate, tricalcium phosphate, Himalayan pink sea salt, potassium chloride, flavouring, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), polydextrose, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), cellulose gum, black carrot juice concentrate, AstraGin®, cinnamon, silicon dioxide and natural flavouring.
