Applied Nutrition Cream of Rice 2kg is an easy-digesting complex-carbohydrate food designed for convenient meals around training or throughout the day.

Suggested use

Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 100–150ml of boiling water, stir well and leave for 1–2 minutes, or prepare with cold water or milk and heat if preferred.
