Ingredients

Magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium citrate, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour: brilliant blue), zinc bisglycinate, zinc monomethionine, ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera, 10–15:1), AstraGin® (Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus extracts), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).
