How to prepare

For a 60g meal-replacement shake, mix two scoops (60g) with 350ml water until smooth. For a lighter protein shake, mix one scoop (30g) with 175ml water. Consume once mixed. Follow the pack directions for your chosen flavour.

Ingredients and allergens

The manufacturer's formula includes hydrolysed waxy maize starch, milk protein concentrate, whey protein concentrate, pea protein, brown rice protein, pumpkin protein, chicory root fibre, a vitamin and mineral premix and digestive enzymes. Chocolate includes cocoa powder. Other ingredients, colours and flavourings vary by flavour.
