HIGH5 Energy Drink 2.2kg is a carbohydrate and electrolyte drink powder designed for endurance training and sport. Its 2:1 maltodextrin-to-fructose formulation helps provide carbohydrate energy while sodium, potassium and chloride support hydration during prolonged exercise.

Each 2.2kg tub provides approximately 46 servings when mixed at 47g per 500ml of water. The formula is isotonic, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and contains no caffeine.

Available flavours: Berry, Citrus and Tropical.

Suggested use: Mix 47g with 500ml water and shake well. Designed for use before and during exercise. Follow the directions on the product label.
