Suggested use: Mix one serving with water and consume before training, following the product label. Do not exceed the stated daily serving.

Recommended Use

Mix 1 level scoop (6.6 g) with approximately 150–200 ml of water and consume 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
