Icy Blue Raz: BCAA (2.1.1) (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), L-Glutamine, L-Citrulline DL-Malate 2:1, Tri Sodium Citrate, Tri Potassium Citrate, Tri Calcium Phosphate, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide), Natural Flavouring, Sodium Chloride, Acid (Citric Acid), Sweeteners (Acesulfame K, Sucralose), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL), Colouring Agent (Colour E133).

Recommended Use

Mix 1 scoop (14g) with 500ml of water and shake well. Consume during exercise on training days or throughout the day on non-training days. Consume 1–3 times daily. Scoops are an estimate only; weighing scales are recommended.
